My daughter has been working Sharon for the past year. To say my daughter has flourished is an understatement. Sharon took everything in to account that had been going on in my daughters life and helped a very shy, timid and vulnerable young girl to become a smiling , happy, confident young girl who has found her voice and flourished at school.
We discussed areas that of concern, areas where my daughter was struggling and within the year my daughter is now over achieving. Trying to get my daughter to do Maths work was near on impossible but Sharon has turned it around and now Maths is no longer a battle.
I can’t recommend Sharon highly enough. She is in incredible, your children will be in save hands.

Sharon is incredible! She has been tutoring my son for some time now and what she has achieved is unbelievable. It’s not just about academic learning, but also about emotional wellbeing, developing resilience and ultimately helping him believe in himself when others in a similar role at school had taken that away from him. Since starting with Sharon in October last year, my 9 year old daughter has become more confident in all of her subjects. Sharon listens to me as a parent and provides advice and guidance, this has supported with a recent dyslexia diagnosis for my daughter., Sharon has been so supportive throughout the process which I am so thankful for. My daughter loves going to tutoring. I feel like Sharon just gets my daughter, who has adhd, creating the lessons to be fun and engaging. She even enjoys the homework! We’ve only been using Saplings for a few months, but im very happy with how much Sharon has changed learning from a negative to a positive with my daughter.

I first met Sharon 6 years ago when I worked as her Teaching Assistant in a primary school and we instantly became firm friends. Sharon is an amazing tutor and her teaching is a gift to every child that she welcomes. Sharon is dedicated and passionate and thinks outside of the box. As well as her vast academic knowledge, Sharon has a wonderful imagination and creativity which she brings to her classroom along with her ‘Sharonsy’ style of teaching which the children love. Children thrive and exceed in their learning in an environment which is super fun and engaging. Every child has a teacher that they hold a special place in their heart and remember. Sharon is that person.

My daughter had maths tutoring by wonderful Sharon and honestly the confidence in her was flowing, and her ability greatly improved. Sharon uses tools that children thrive with and a fun approach to learning. My daughter didn’t worry about going to Sharon’s the environment is welcoming and homely but all of the educational assistance is there. I would highly recommend Sharon to anyone’s child for their studies and education confidence building.
Sharon was through with what they covered and gave extra homework as I wanted to do some bits too. So we weren’t blind to the content of what they did. It was explained to me too.

Sharon is such a brilliant tutor. She has supported both my children through their primary school education over several years and helped them develop into confident learners fully prepared for secondary school. Sharon’s expertise, enthusiasm and emotional support is second to none. She has such a natural way of engaging with children to make them feel at ease so they can work towards being their very best. My daughter has been visiting Sharon for weekly tutoring sessions in both Math and English for over three years now. She is always so enthusiastic about the sessions even after a long day at school, which I think says everything. Sharon somehow always manages to make the learning fun and engaging, whatever the subject. As a parent I have found Sharon’s advice and support invaluable, particularly when there have been any issues at school with learning it is always reassuring to have a qualified and experienced teacher who can give independent advice on how best to approach the school. I have found this extremely helpful over the years.

Originally, it was just to give my daughter a boost as she wasn’t too confident in the classroom. A friend recommended Sharon- said she was pretty awesome with her own children. The rest is history. Sharon has really tapped in to my daughter’s ability and has been a huge support in her academic and growing up journey. Sharon was a constant through Covid which was reassuring to us when children’s academics were so disrupted.
